Now Hiring: Real Estate | Design + Construction Associate (Full Time) Early 2019
We need a go-getter - someone who has great problem solving, communication and time management skills; who is organized, proactive, strategic, attentive, detail focused, and able to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years experience in the real estate industry, design + build business, marketing or public relations. You will work closely with senior management on sales and rentals as well as on the design and construction of all projects. You will become a major point of contact between clients, customers and management.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong written and verbal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office (or similar)
Displays service excellence in dealing with internal and external partners and clients.
Motivated and willing to learn
Ability to work independently
Ability to work on weekends
New York State real estate license not required
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Show and market all sales and rentals in the Argent portfolio. (Updating of website, and all listing materials)
New Project Resourcing
Attend weekly construction site meetings, while creating meeting minutes and daily logs.
Creating and entering Purchase Orders
Updating Budget reports and accounts payable
Assist with business operation and strategy
